Reviews and Ratings

Lynn Van Der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Beautiful high value Nebbiolo. Nebbiolo is the grape used in Barolo and Barbaresco wines.
Complex woven aromas of plums, violets, and baking spices, transform to persistent cherry flavours. Wonderful acidity to compliment a wide variety of food from assorted cheeses, to creamy pasta and roasted beef.
Tasted April 2018.
Madonna Dell'uva Colline Novaresi 2010 is made from 100% Nebbiolo red wine grape -- the grape of Barolo and Barbaresco and the grape of time. Look for dried cherry, rose petals and smoke meat and leather flavours on the palate. Can also cellar for 10 years and then see what it has evolved into then. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
