M de Minuty from Côtes de Provence is a beautifully refined, light to medium-bodied rosé blended from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and the rare local variety Tibouren, pouring a luminous pale copper in the glass and revealing an elegant bouquet of crushed raspberry blossom, ripe apricot, fresh fennel, sun-dried tangerine, and a distinctive thread of chalky coastal minerality. At 12.6% alcohol, it's dry and wonderfully poised, with bright, mouthwatering acidity that carries the wine to a clean, persistent finish full of Provence's effortless sunny charm. Château Minuty is one of Provence's most storied estates, and M de Minuty has become synonymous with Provençal rosé on the world stage, regularly gracing glamorous seaside tables from Saint-Tropez to the French Riviera. The grapes are grown specifically for rosé production and pressed swiftly to preserve the wine's delicate aromatic freshness and refined texture. Serve it well chilled alongside grilled salmon steaks with a caper and herb butter, where the wine's minerality and citrusy lift cut through the richness with grace, or bring it to a bowl of pasta primavera tossed with lemon, peas, and shaved Parmesan, a pairing that mirrors the wine's bright, garden-fresh personality perfectly. Enjoy it through 2028.

Rosé food pairings: salmon steaks from the grill, pasta Primavera, spring greens.
