A dessert-style Syrah that reminds me of the Australian sweet shiraz wines. Berry flavours and bold.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Tart pomegranate and stewed strawberry rhubarb, with a hint of cherry on the palate. Showing off-dry, juicy acidity, low yet present tannins. Pair with decadent Black Forest cake, dark chocolate lava cake, stewed rhubarb. Tasted Dec 2016 - rated 87/100.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Somewhat unexpected to palate. The aromas show a super pronounced candied cherry note and the palate is overpowered with candied strawberry and rhubarb flavours. The acidity moderate and lacking for my taste. If pairing with a dessert ensure that the dessert is moderately sweet. Enjoy with dark chocolate raspberry truffles. There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
