Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A lighter shade of red, this Valpolicella exhibits a combination of fresh red fruit and dark fruit aromas with underlying herbal and spice notes. Stylistic high acid and medium body with softer tannins. The lighter tannins don't detract from the food friendly nature of this wine, which would be delightful with pastas with red sauces and chicken parmesan.
From the Veneto wine region, Luciano Arduini's Fontana Del Fongo 2017 is a vibrant, medium-plus-bodied Valpolicella Classico produced from 50% Corvina, 30% Corvinone and 20% Rondinella Fontana del Fongo with juicy, vibrant red cherry, red currant, wild herb and vanilla flavours on the palate. Enjoy now with a veal Parmesan. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
