Dry, mouth-watering and tasty with summer-kissed citrus blossom, apple, lemon zest, grapefruit, chive, dill, white pepper and mineral flavours silky and long on the palate. Delicious now. Drink or hold.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: salads, herbed flatbreads and goat cheese, roasted asparagus and red onion quiche.

Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a lovely Sauvignon Blanc with loads of gooseberry and grapefruit on the nose and palate. Medium intensity with good acidity and an exceptionally long finish. All nicely balanced and elegant. I might have mistaken it for a Touraine if I hadn't seen the bottle! Enjoy with herbed goat cheese flatbread or green salad. Tasted 5 May 2022 thewineloverskitchen.com
