A simple yet enjoyable blanc de noirs sparkler made from Pinot Noir and Gamay. The nose combines apple, citrus, and white cherry with toasted nuts and biscuit. The high acid hides 13 grams of residual sugar, still presenting dry but not extra dry. Excellent value for a traditional method sparkling wine. Serve with shellfish or popcorn on movie night.

Great value, you could be happy to drink this on its own, but wouldn't feel bad adding a little OJ for a Sunday mimosa. Lots of lemon and citrus on the palate. Bubbles are refreshing, but not a lot of staying power. Flavours are quite pleasant though, very fruit forward and enjoyable. Perfect for a party toast or to serve with a variety of appetizers or canapes.
