From the Kamptal wine region, Loimer 2021 Grüner Veltliner is a dry, medium-bodied and zesty Gruner from a great vintage. Look for ripe stone fruit, green herbs, grassy and white pepper flavours intense on the palate and lingering on a mineral note. Produced by Loimer, a well-respected winemaker in Austria. Chill and enjoy it with some smoked salmon on baguette or herbed quiches.

Grüner Veltliner food pairings: linguini with rose sauce, creamy green herb risotto, seafood pasta carbonara.

Clear yellow/green color with notes of apple and spice.
On the palate, it's a light-bodied wine .
The acidity is crisp and the wine is short.
