Natalie's Score: 90/100

This full-bodied Californian red wine is made from the classic Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Aromas of cassis, black briar, smoke, toast, blackberry liqueur. The concentration and richness show its Paso Robles pedigree. Opaque ruby in the glass. Good structure. Long finish. Decant 1 hour and pair with a rare steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Tasted the 2016 vintage in Nov 2018, decanted 2h. Drinking well. Smooth soft tannins are integrated well. Well balanced, medium acidity, medium-low tannins, medium plus fruit. Dry. Blackberry, raspberry, baking spices. Great value option. Accessibly priced. Crowd pleasing. Pairs well with braised beef and roasted root vegetables. 91 points #California #pasorobles #cabernetsauvignon #calicab
