Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Raspberry, red currants, and herbs steal the show. A warm spicy finish. Great softness meshed with tannic structure and moutwatering acidity. Could go 1-2 years, no more. Drink now now...like yesterday. (ottawawinejournal.com)
This 100% Cabernet Franc shows the virtues of this fine variety and vintage. The wine displays ripe raspberry and blackberry, plus fresh herbs and oak spice. Dry and fruity, the ripe tannins give the wine good balance. Age it up to three years.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
