Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A bright and beautifully fragrant Rosé from the Colchagua Valley - Apalta Valley region of Chile. A blend lead by Cinsault (60%) Grenache (17%) Syrah (12%) and Mourvèdre (11%) Elements of mandarin oranges, white peach and an engaging pink floral perfume. Flavours support this with honeydew, anise, honeysuckle and white pepper spice. Also a splash of sour cherry and wild almost-ripe red strawberry. Medium plus fresh acidity, dry with a splash of zesty lingering heat repeating into the back. Perfectly refreshing for a warm day, with company, seasoned chicken or cold salads. 89 points - tasted June 2019
A blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre from the Apalta, Colchagua Valley, pale pink in the glass Lapostolle Le Rosé 2018 is perfumed with fresh wild red berry and strawberry aromas on the nose. Fresh berry flavours and lightly spiced on the palate. Nice at 10% abv. Chill and enjoy now. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
