This lovely sparkling cider is a blend of Mcintosh, Spartland and Empire apples. Aromas of fresh orchard apples and sunshine. Enjoy as an aperitif or pair with roast turkey.

Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 83/100 with the following review:

Fine bubble and a clear yellow color with notes of pear, spice and apple.

They got the bubble by the traditional method (same method as Champagne.)

This sparkling cider is fresh, soft and short.

Try it with an apple tatin (a kind of apple pie without crust in the bottom.)

Serve it at 5-6 degrees.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
