An aromatic, floral, off-dry white wine from Nova Scotia's largest winery. This drinks well as a chilled aperitif or companion to shellfish. Finishes with clementine and spice notes.

Reviews and Ratings

Neil Phillips rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Bright and aromatic on the nose, this offers a burst of lush, ripe Bartlett pear, white peach, and slight lime zest.

On the palate off-dry but with enough acidity and a lime finish to retain a zippy, friendly nature. This is a nice apero wine, perfect for a hot summer patio - and with enough character for a spritzer.

Would pair well with spicy mango salad, chicken korma.

Tasted January 2016.
A lovely Nova Scotia white wine blend of 60% L'Acadie, 15% Muscat, 15% Ortega and 10% Cayuga grapes. Tidal Bay is now a brand and an appellation for Nova Scotia wines that is coming to be recognized and respected across the country. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
