From Joseph Carr, Josh Reserve 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes sourced from select sites in Napa, Sonoma, Lake County and Mendocino. Full-bodied and fruity, this California Cab is rich with ripe dark cherry, cassis, mint, hazelnut and vanilla flavours comfy, cozy on the palate. Tannins are velvety. Pour with braised short ribs and aged cheddar cheeses.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: braised short ribs, grilled beef bavette steak, hard cheeses.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Rich, robust, and full flavoured. Aromas of black currant, campfire smoke, and graphite, with just a touch of vanilla. Full bodied, with medium tannins, and soft tannins. Fruit flavours are ripe and rounded, with hints of spice and a slight vanilla hint on the finish. Enjoy with grilled meats.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
