Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Thai green curry fish, fresh oysters on the half shell, chicken and sage skewers, fresh tomato and basil salad, pan-fried freshwater fish.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

From Monterey County, California, a Sauv Blanc with a fresh goosebery nose with a hint of guava. The palate gives grassy notes, guava, citrus and gooseberry, with crisp, dry, mouth-watering acidity and a grassy gooseberry finish.
This Californian Sauvignon Blanc has reference to the French word Fume or smoke, after which this style of wine is named. Lots of mouth-watering acidity. - Community Wine Reviews
