A lovely Niagara Pinot Noir with excellent balance and flavour. Aromas of fleshy ripe cherry and wild berries. Medium-bodied and silky smooth. A lovely expression of Niagara elegance. Pair with quail.

Pinot Noir food pairings: veal medallions, avocado and papaya salad, grilled radicchio, basil pesto, frittata.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Tasty, tangy, savoury, mouthwatering yumminess. Tart cherry, savoury herb, crisp cranberry, and a hint of blackberry on a medium long finish. Well balanced medium plus acidity, fruit and tannins. Paired with a thin crust pesto and prosciutto pizza. Enjoyable on it's own likewise. Tasted Feb 2017. Rated 90/100. @bespoketastings
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Yummy floral, cherry and spice aromas and flavours with a smooth palate, tangy acidity and a long savoury spice finished. Paid with saucy deep dish all meet pizza. Tasted Feb 2017 - @sommsosa / co-owner of bespoketastings.ca
A beautiful Niagara cherry, crushed raspberry, medium-bodied Pinot Noir with great finesse and length. Lush and smooth on the palate, this wine is perfect pairing with roast quail stuffed with wild mushrooms. - Community Wine Reviews
