The 2013 vintage of Inniskillin's Discovery Series Botrytis Affected Viognier offers fascinating aromas and flavours of baking spice, apricot preserves and white flowers. As a grape, Viognier, is not often styled this way and affected by botrytis, or the noble rot that creates Bordeaux's finest dessert wines like Chateau d'Yquem. Lovely honey dripping clementines on the finish. Pair with angel food cake.

Viognier food pairings: spice cake, chicken with orange or marmalade sauce, mild curries.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
