Vintages Wine Panel: This wine just may bring out your inner hedonist. It’s got plenty of sweet blackberry fruit and coffee on the nose, which carries forward on the decadently plush, ripe and spicy palate. Excellent structure keeps things in balance, and the wine finishes dry, with lingering replays of the yummy fruit. A superlative value in Amarone. My note: A big, beautiful bruiser with a black cherry liqueur running down its heart. Gorgeous and generous layers of luxurious flavour. Lap it up!

Amarone Della Valpolicella food pairings: fine cheeses, dark chocolate, light pastries, pain au chocolat.
