Savoury and mouth-watering with toasted almond slivers and green apple on the nose and palate. A full-bodied, balanced Niagara Chardonnay with rich layers of butterscotch and lime notes. Pair with roasted chicken.
Chardonnay food pairings: grilled seafood, pork tenderloin, lobster in butter sauce, ravioli in an Alfredo sauce.

|Andrea Shapiro - Andrea's Wine Cellar rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:|
Pale lemon colour with medium plus aroma intensity featuring peach, apple, yellow plum, vanilla and a touch of creme brûlée and creamy butter scotch. On the palate this evolved into baked apple crumble, honey, delicate lemon curd, ripe pear and a touch of white pepper at the end. Elements of yellow fruit persisting with a buttery note. Medium plus acidity, medium minus body and a medium finish. Dry (2g/L) with a very round and clean buttery mouthfeel. Pair with buttery seared scallops and bacon and creamy clam risotto.
