From Vinicola Hidalgo, Alameda Cream Sherry is smooth and lush with fig, prune, roasted hazelnut, caramel and burnt orange flavours, medium-sweet, vibrant and finishing long with a briny mineral kiss. Pour with cured ham. Founded in 1792 Vinicola Hidalgo is one of the oldest sherry companies currently overseen by Javier Hidalgo.
