Produced by Hermanos Peciña, Señorío De P. Peciña Crianza 2015 is a full-bodied, smoky Rioja red wine made from the country's flagship Tempranillo grape with a splash of Graciano and Garnacha added to the mix. Ruby red in the glass with pink florals, spicy and smoky aromas on the nose, dry, full-bodied with dark cherry compote, plum, dark spices and balsamic notes beautifully balanced and elegant on the palate.

Crianza food pairings: prime rib, veal chops in red wine sauce, roast turkey.

Reviews and Ratings

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The Senorio de P. Peciña Crianza 2015, from the Bodegas Hermanos Peciña, located in the Rioja region of Spain, shows lovely structure and refinement. Bouquet of fig, dried blueberry, mustard seed, pastrami, parmesan cheese, cigar box, cinnamon and cedar. Full body with a symmetric balance, this well made Tempranillo provides an authentic finish sip after sip. Palate: dried fig, dried blueberry, black pepper, dried rose, tobacco, dark chocolate and cedar. Enjoy!
