Seductive tart cherry and cranberry aromas on the nose of this satin smooth, medium-bodied Niagara Pinot. Racy acidity for roasted chicken and turkey.

Pinot Noir food pairings: pork liver pates, tuna, grilled salmon, roasted chicken, duck and other game birds.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely! Aromas of cranberry, cherry, oak, with some hints of forest floor, earth and leather. Bright acidity on the palate, with that lovely bright and tart fruit coming through balanced with some light tannins, and more leather and spice on the finish. Enjoy with grilled salmon.
Fermented in stainless steel with some oak ageing, the Pinot Noir is fresh with ripe red berry, cherry fruit, earthy florals and spicy finish. Nice on its own or pair with a mushroom and leek quiche. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
