A luscious, full-bodied Niagara Chardonnay with classic aromas of golden apple, Asian pear, vanilla spice and smoke. Lots of flavour replays across the palate that eventually fold into a long, lovely finish. Pair with roast chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: crab legs, corn dishes, stuffed chicken breast.

Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is an oaky chardonnay-lover’s dream. Buttered toast fills the nose, with afterthoughts of green apple, lemon, and pineapple. The smooth, round texture envelopes the palate with the same flavours from the bouquet, with the addition of vanilla and caramel. This lush, medium+ bodied wine has a medium-long, mouthwatering, buttered toast finish. Its high acidity would work perfectly with roast chicken dishes or salmon and dill sauce.
Henry Of Pelham Estates Estate Chardonnay (2014). Such an expressive Chardonnay. The wine grapes for this wine came several estate vineyards in the Short Hills Bench. Very full and luscious on the mid-palate. - Community Wine Reviews
