A savoury, meaty, full-on Australian red wine in all the best senses. Aromas of fleshy black fruit, cedar spice, woodsmoke and wild violets. Love the mouth-feel: generous, supple, liquid velvet.

Shiraz food pairings: beef stew with root vegetables, lamb cutlets with pepperade and goat cheese, hamburgers, pizza, black bean soup.

Nose of ripe red plums and spice. Palate of fruit, spice, vanilla. Smooth tannins. Aged 14 months in new French oak. Harmonious, long ripe plummy finish.
The evidence of Langhorne Creek's cool climate it ins the glass of this superbly balanced and flavourful Australian red wine. This Shiraz is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. - Community Wine Reviews
