Reviews and Ratings

Anthony Hillman - WSET ADV reviewed this wine as follows:

Ruby red colour, with touch of purple. Developing aromas of black fruits with some oak and vegetal notes. Medium to full body, with a warm and rather astringent mouthfeel, and palate of fig, blackberry, black pepper and licorice.

Pair now with roast lamb or well seasoned grilled red meats, or rest for 2 or 3 years to allow the tannins to further soften.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
