From George Duboeuf, the 2018 Beaujolais Villages is a dry, medium-bodied, juicy Gamay with ripe red berry, blueberry, spicy flavours finishing on a mineral note. So easy to love. Chill slightly and enjoy now just because.

Food pairings: roast chicken, duck confit, grilled goose sausages, turkey.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas of ripe strawberry and red cherries with hints of black pepper and smoke. Medium bodied with ripe berry notes and spicy and smoky hints. Enjoy with any BBQ meals and would be nice slightly chilled on a summer day.
