Frescobaldi Benefizio's Castello Di Pomino Riserva from Pomino Bianco is a vibrant, medium-bodied white wine offering notes of Granny Smith apple, Meyer lemon, white flowers and wet stone. This dry wine displays velvety texture and lively integrated acidity that make it wonderfully mouth-watering. Serve it chilled with grilled sea bass as the wine's zesty character complements the delicate fish, or pair it with pan-seared chicken breast where the wine's fresh profile balances the lean meat. Winemaker Lamberto Frescobaldi crafts this fairly understated wine on the nose while delivering silky palate presence and energetic citrus finish. The Frescobaldi family has been producing exceptional wines in Tuscany for over 700 years, and Pomino represents one of Italy's historic cool-climate appellations in the hills east of Florence. This balanced, juicy wine represents excellent quality and is best enjoyed now through 2026.

Food pairings: grilled pork, chicken, seafood.
