Forty Creek Cinnamon Bun Cream is a decadent, velvety liqueur bursting with notes of warm cinnamon, brown sugar icing, toasted pecans, and a creamy vanilla finish that wraps around your tongue like a cashmere throw. It’s sweet, rich, and full-bodied—best served over ice when you want dessert in a glass, minus the fork. Fascinating fact: Bill Ashburn, Forty Creek’s Master Blender, is known for his daring flavour innovations. He’s earned the title of Canadian Distiller of the Year multiple times at the Canadian Whisky Awards—this cream liqueur is his playful nod to nostalgic comfort foods. Pour this with warm sticky toffee pudding and let the toasty, buttery swirl of the cream amplify the dessert’s richness. Or drizzle it over weekend waffles instead of syrup and tell yourself it counts as a dairy serving. This crowd-pleaser is both indulgent and approachable—like the friend who brings homemade cinnamon rolls to brunch and offers to do the dishes. I give it 94 points for nailing the fine line between whimsy and wow.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
