Beautifully balanced and subtle yet highly aromatic with white florals, grapefruit, lychee and rosewater on the nose, slight sweetness of fleshy peach on the palate then finishes with a lime blossom. Medium-bodied. Perfect for Asian dishes.

Gewürztraminer food pairings: lighter-flavoured sea-food dishes, Asian dishes, pork tenderloin, curried rice.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromatic with pretty rose, peach, lychee and delicate hint of lemon. Great with a spicy curry or Vietnamese cuisine.
Tasted Jan. 2018
This is well-priced and well-crafted, medium-bodied Gewürztraminer from the Niagara Peninsula wine region in Ontario. Lovely aromatic white florals, grapefruit, lychee and rosewater on the nose with ripe stonefruit flavours and bright acidity on the palate. Gew grapes for this wine were cold-soaked to retain the aromatic compounds with fermentation and ageing all done in stainless steel. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
