Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Beautiful deep colour and flavours. Aromas of plum, black cherry, and cocoa, with a hint of cinammon. Rich and luscious on the palate, with vibrant, balancing acidity, a rich, full texture, and flavours or ripe berry and fruit with a warm spicy finish. Enjoy with dark chocolate (the darker the better) and raspberries.
Winemaker's Note - Dark cherry and dark cocoa follows through on both aromatic and palate. Including a hint of cinnamon and spice and smokiness. Port-like. Picked at -10 degrees Celsius and fermented for 6 weeks. 90% stainless steel and 10% French neutral oak.
