Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Named in honour of the Moffatt Saloon frequented by miners in the 1890's. Blended from Syrah and Cabernet Franc, aromas include ripe blueberry and blackberries, and some smoky notes. Full bodied with smooth tannin, and lots of berry flavours on a lengthy finish. Enjoy this with a nice medium rare steak.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
