Sublime. Ethereal. Ineffable. Words will diminish this wine, and this wine will be your undoing as a Pinot Noir lover because it will ruin you for other Pinot Noirs. Fresh earth, dried leaves, preserved memories. A tough vintage = suffering = greatness.

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Opened in Fall 2020 and it was outstanding. Crafted from pinot noir grown in Ontario’s Prince Edward County appellation, The Beloved revealed eye-catching garnet hues and expressive notes evocative of ripe cherry and cranberry, dill, fennel, garden soil and broken in leather. Medium bodied, Velvet tannins. Extended finish. This is an impressive creation from Exultet Estates. Drink now or let mature even more. Enjoy.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Beautiful Pinot from Prince Edward County, Ontario. Great balance of tart and ripe berries, along with a slightly smoky and earthy flavour. Bright acid, light but very flavourful on the palate, with a lingering finish. Enjoy with duck, lamb, or savour on its own.
