Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

An elegant, aromatic beauty, this SB made from hand-picked grapes comes from Chile's Aconcagua Costa region. Lovely aromatics of herbal, citrus, guava, mango and tomato leaf with touch of asparagus. Bright citrus and tropical flavours with more pronouced minerality showing up late on palate. Medium acidity, well-balanced, with a satisfying long citrus and mineral finish that gives a slight hint of salt at the very end.
Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

As the sea shell on the label eludes to, this wine is from the coastal (Costa) region of the Aconcagua valley. Ripe citrus, and guava fruit are layered over slight asparagus and saline minerality. Light, crisp, and refreshing, this elegant Sauvignon Blanc sets the benchmark for this varietal in Chile.
Sip on its own or pair with seafood pasta and soft, pungent cheeses.
Drink now or keep through 2017.
Date tasted: January 2015.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
