Toasty, full-bodied and robust with rich aromas due to the lead of Pinot Noir in the blend. Very elegant. Great bubbly for the holidays.

Pinot Noir Champagne food pairings: smoked salmon on baguette, cucumber and watercress sandwiches, fruit galette.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Lovely! 100% Pinot Noir with no added dosage. Aromas of red berry, lemon pith and toasty bread. Light and vibrant on the palate, bubbles are fine and persisitent, and there is a lot of citrus and yeast on the palate and finish. Enjoy with any seafood but would also stand up to deep fried calamari with a lemony citrus dipping sauce.
Drappier's Brut Nature has zero dosage. This Champagne is made with 100% Pinot Noir and the mousse is fine, elegant and persistent. Crunchy green apple, white flowers, brioche and spiced pear are wrapped up in a delicate toastiness. This is your raw oyster and shellfish champagne. - Community Wine Reviews
