Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault, Sommelier rated this wine as 80/100 with the following review:

I guess somebody heard about Christian Moueix from Bordeaux!
He's also owner of Dominus Estate, Napa Valley

This wine is mainly made of Cabernet Sauvignon with small amount of Petit Verdot!

Deep purple color with notes of graphite, oak, violet and red pepper!

The wine is harsh, complex and very long on the palate!

Try it with a medallion of venison with red wine sauce!

Serve it at 15-17 degrees!
When you open this bottle, the wine is closed!
Put it in carafe at less 45 minutes!

This wine is very young!
Can be aged up to 10 years!
The second wine of the well-known Napa Valley estate Dominus, owned by Chateau Petrus. The 2010 vintage is a blend of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot grapes. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
