Domaines Ott By.Ott Rosé from Côtes de Provence A.O.C. is a dry, light-to-medium-bodied rosé of effortless Provençal elegance, blended from organically farmed Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre sourced primarily from the estate vineyards of Château de Selle and Clos Mireille, with a pale, luminous shell-pink hue and a delicate, expressive nose of nectarine blossom, fresh apricot, crushed pink peppercorn and a whisper of toasted almond that gives way to a fruit-forward, silky palate lifted by zesty citrus and a clean, mineral-laced finish. This magnum format of 1.5 litres is ideal for entertaining at a summer table, pouring generously for a crowd while the wine stays perfectly chilled in the bottle longer than a standard size. Fourth-generation winemaker Jean-François Ott oversees production with the same meticulous organic philosophy that founder Marcel Ott established when he first planted these estates beginning in 1912, after falling in love with the Provençal landscape as a young agronomy graduate from Alsace who arrived near the Mediterranean coast in 1896. Domaines Ott has been part of the Louis Roederer Collection since 2004 and was recognized with a Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Award in 2022, cementing its status as one of Provence's most beloved and enduring rosé houses. Serve it well chilled alongside a strawberry and spinach salad with candied walnuts and a light vinaigrette, where the wine's floral lift and fresh acidity are a beautifully natural match; it is equally graceful alongside cold roast turkey sandwiches with tarragon mayonnaise, the wine's fruit-forward brightness cutting through every bite. Enjoy through 2029.

Rosé food pairings: strawberry spinach salad, cold roast turkey sandwiches, veal scaloppini.
