Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Complex and intricate aromas of smoke, flint, mild asparagus, grass, fresh cut lemon, and stone. Zesty and mouthwatering dry palate displays clean, crisp, and ripe lemon with a hint of peach. Finish is long and filled with minerality, hints of smoke, and lemon blossom. Articulate and precise, this Sauvignon Blanc aims for the style and hits a bullseye. The terroir possesses silex, a soil type known for for the characteristic flinty note of Pouilly-Fume. A perfect pairing for oysters, shellfish, and seafood.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Clean and clear with a somewhat reserved nose. Overall stone, flint and minerality inform the palate. Nicely balanced, medium body. Would be good with seafood. Tasted April 2019
From the Loire Wine Region, Domaine Seguin 2017 is a bright and vibrantly juicy, medium-bodied Pouilly-Fumé, flinty with lemon/lime zesty, grassy notes, light tropical fruit flavours and a zesty flinty mineral finish. Everything I love in a Pouilly-Fumé. Chill and enjoy with grilled shellfish, herb quiche, grilled chicken breast dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
