A crisp and zesty Premier Cru Chablis from the Burgundy wine region produced from old vines Chardonnay with lemon meringue, ripe peach and summer floral aromas on the nose. Vibrant, taut with green apple crunch, white florals and a brilliant mineral finish. Pair with freshly-steamed shellfish dishes.

Chablis 1er Cru food pairings: grilled shellfish, oysters on the half-shell, steamed clams and mussels in their own juice.

Reviews and Ratings

Domaine Laroche Les Vaillons 2018 Premier Cru Chablis is produced from old vines Chardonnay grapes. Dry, medium-bodied with incredible acidity to pair with steamed or fresh shellfish. Look for white florals, green apple crunch, ripe stone fruit, lemon curd with a clean mineral core. Chill and enjoy now or hold in cellar for three years. - Community Wine Reviews
