Domaine Du Sauvignon Pré Baron 2017 is a mouth-watering Sauvignon Blanc that demands to be paired with food. This cool climate Sauvignon Blanc from the Touraine, Loire Valley wine region has canned asparagus, green herb, gooseberry, liquid lemon flavours on the palate finishing with that stony minerality this wine region is known for in the Sauvignon Blanc wines. Pair with a goat cheese, arugula and grilled asparagus flatbread.

Sauvignon food pairings: field greens, grilled seafood, crab cakes.

A refreshing Loire Valley Sauv Blanc with grapefruit, gooseberry and green herbal notes on nose and palate, crisp acidity and grapefruit finish. Delicate and balanced. Enjoy with grilled veg's, seafood, appetizers.

Produced by Jean-Luc Mardon, vigneron, and Proprietor, Guy Mardon, Domaine Du Sauvignon Pré Baron 2017 is a mouth-watering Touraine Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley wine region and a great price point. Lots of zesty acidity for food on this dry SB with lemongrass, green herbs, asparagus and gooseberry flavours on the palate. Pair with rich and creamy seafood dishes. Domaine du Pré Baron is a member of the Terra Vitis organization committed to growing high-quality grapes without the use of chemicals, using sustainable agricultural principles, organic and biodynamic viticulture. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
