Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Elegant nose with tropical fruit, apple and slight citrus, then a layered palate of tropical and white tree fruit, vanilla and slight lemon. Silky mouthfeel, mouth-watering acidity and a long refined finish. This one is at the top of my gift list!

Wineboy rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Very crisp in style - almost Chablis-like. I liked the wine but there are Chablis I like more at this price point.
This French white wine produced by B.A. Léger Plumet, prop.-viticulturist, is a classic Burgundian Chardonnay that aged for 15 in French oak barrels. Finishes with clementine notes. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
