Reviews and Ratings

Gwen Barton rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

From the heart of Burgundy! Golden colour, soft aromas of pear and dusty rose. Flavours of apple and citrus. Decent acidity, some bitterness on the finish. Paired well with rich, creamy cheese and crispy baguette.
Domaine de Bieville is part of the Louis Moreau family's vineyards that produce zesty, flinty, mineral-driven unoaked Chardonnay. All of Moreau's vineyards are farmed organically. There are 145 acres of contiguous plots among the vineyards of Domaine de Biéville which is rare in Burgundy. The 2015 Chablis is steely and bright with vibrant acidity. Pair with sauteed scallops. - Community Wine Reviews
