A lovely aromatic Gewürztraminer that's not over-the-top on the florals and spices. They are there but just enough to make this lovely wine an interesting change from other white wines and to pair better with curries and spices. Medium-bodied.

Reviews and Ratings

Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

It isn’t often that one comes across a wine with a distinctive signature aroma, but once you nose the Woo Woo, you are not likely to forget it. This Gewurtztraminer has layers of tropical aromas that compel you to smell it repeatedly the same way one is tempted to sniff individual stems in an expensive arrangement of cut flowers — apples, pears, candied lemon, melon, lychee, ginger, roses, lemongrass, and spices — and with lots of acidity to boot. An ideal match for Thai food or fruity Indian curries. Score 91. (S.Segard, reviewed Mar. 02, 2017)
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A pretty floral & lychee nose on this Gewurtz from B.C.'s Okanagan Valley. Bright and lively tropical pineapple, floral rose and spicy lychee on the palate and a lingering finish. Enjoy with East Indian curry.
Tasted Feb. 2017
This is a Woo Woo Gewürztraminer from Okanagan Valley's Dirty Laundry Winery. Woo Woo Vines is aromatic with stonefruit, lychee, rose petals and lemon curd. On the palate, the wine is plush with more stonefruit, lychee, lemongrass and spice. Nice body too. - Community Wine Reviews
