Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

What a wonderful Merlot to cozy up with on a cold night. Lots of depth and concentration here. It opens with ripe, red plum on the nose that carries to the palate where it is joined by cassis and a bit of leather. Smooth and approachable it could be enjoyed on its own or with wine braised beef. Tasted Nov 22, 2019 www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A medium to full-bodied Merlot from the southern Okanagan Valley that has 14.5% .
Dark plum and black current, with raspberry. Oak influences of cedar and a smoky, herbal finish. Serve with Italian tomato dishes (cherry tomato pizza) or beef stew. This wine is versatile and will go with many savoury dishes.
From the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Dirty Laundry Merlot 2016 is a juicy, smoky Merlot. Look for smoky cherry, dark plum, mocha, savoury herb and sweet spice flavours on this dry, medium-plus-bodied Merlot. Pair with smoked meat dishes or a slow-braised beef brisket. - Community Wine Reviews
