Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Some fresh salinity on the nose and ample cherry on the palate. Full-bodied and smooth with no rough edges. This is on the simpler end of the Sangiovese scale and would be perfect with spaghetti or lamb shank wine. Good value. Tasted August 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Di Majo Norante 2017 is a great value 100% Sangiovese under $18 from the Terre Degli Osci wine region. Dry with brilliant acidity for food and fragrant with blue florals, fresh, ripe red berry, anise, meaty, savoury herb and mild smoky flavours on the palate finishing with dusty tannins. Easy to enjoy now. Pair with meaty pasta dishes. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
