Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Dark garnet with a fruity nose of ripe cherries. The 2015 palate shows ripe cherries, vanilla, tobacco, dried herbs and touch of smoke. Extra-dry and slightly tannic with dried herbal finish. Enjoy with grilled lamb chops garnished with rosemary.

Descendientes De J. Palacios Pétalos Pelaos (2015) is a full-bodied Spanish red wine from one of the country's most respected producers, Alvaro Palacios. Smooth and long smoky plums and forest underbrush. Very nice with pork ribs on the barbie. - Community Wine Reviews
