A robust Californian Cabernet has excellent structure and firm tannins. This baby needs cellar time then decant 1-2 hours and pair with rare meats. Aromas of cassis and black currant.

Reviews and Ratings

Jessica DiFruscia rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Very enjoyable, well balanced with red fruit flavours and hints of vegetal aromas. Nice finish.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Dark garnet red with a nose of ripe raspberries. The palate shows raspberries, strawberries, mint, vanilla, oak and a slight vegetal touch. Medium-bodied with a long ripe fruit finish.
