A robust Californian Cabernet has excellent structure and firm tannins. This baby needs cellar time then decant 1-2 hours and pair with rare meats. Aromas of cassis and black currant.

Dark garnet red with a nose of ripe raspberries. The palate shows raspberries, strawberries, mint, vanilla, oak and a slight vegetal touch. Medium-bodied with a long ripe fruit finish.
