A blockbuster Australian wine with savoury, juicy, meaty, lip-smacking flavours! Enticing eucalyptus and blackberry aromas in this full-bodied, smooth Australian red wine. Loaded with concentrated dark red fruit flavours on the finish, along with a spice kick. This robust red wine was not fined or filtered. Pair with meat lovers pizza or prime rib.

Shiraz food pairings: black bean soup, blue cheese, caramelized onion dip.

Smooth, dry, full bodied, Australian Shiraz, from McLaren Vale. Accessible, enticing red berry and spice. Offering great value. Pair with bbq chicken, tacos, charcuterie, aged cheese. Versatility in a bottle. Tasted 2014 vintage Dec 2017. 90 points

Bold juicy and smooth. Prominent plum, cassis, mild baking spice, hints of graphite minerality and a long minty-eucalyptus finish. Amazing value for the quality! Enjoy this rich, satiny smooth, juicy full-bodied Shiraz with chilli con carne. Tasted Dec 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
