Dandelion Vineyards' Twilight Of The Adelaide Hills Chardonnay from Adelaide Hills, South Australia is a supple yet vibrant, medium-bodied white wine offering notes of white peach, golden mango and honeydew melon. This dry wine displays clean lines and energetic character that will continue to develop over the next four years. Serve it chilled with grilled chicken breasts as the wine's mouth-filling texture complements the herb-seasoned poultry, or pair it with seafood Alfredo where the wine's zesty profile balances the cream sauce. Winemaker Elena Brooks crafts this wine with flickers of cedary oak and cinnamon spice alongside a touch of herbal complexity and a zippy, tangerine finish. The wine has a sense of airiness and accessibility that suggests an open invitation to all Chardonnay drinkers with its powdery mineral and velvety character. This good, refreshingly crisp cool-climate Chardonnay represents excellent quality and will drink beautifully through 2029.

Chardonnay food pairings: grilled chicken breasts, salads, seafood Alfredo.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
