This striking coral-hued rosé opens with lifted scents of wild berries, baking spices, dried petals, and a hint of citrus zest. Lush and fruit-forward at first, it quickly refines with sculpted tannins and vibrant acidity, adding precision and depth. A polished, expressive rosé, ideal from 2025 to 2028. Try it with prosciutto-wrapped melon, grilled eggplant, or a chilled seafood tartare for a fresh pairing twist.

Rosé food pairings: grilled chicken, fish tacos, pork tenderloin.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
