Reviews and Ratings

Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A former medieval monastery, Château Sainte-Roseline was awarded the "Cru Classé" distinction. The domain welcomes people for wine tastings, corporate events and weddings all year round. The owner of Sainte-Roseline wines in Provence (France), Aurélie Bertin, was in Montreal recently and I got to meet her (June 4, 2019) to discover and discuss the latest vintage of three of her rosé wines.

Our third and last rosé was the Lampe de Méduse, which is presented in a very original pear-shaped bottle. Very interesting and elaborate blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Syrah and Tibouren, which ends up as a light salmon pink colour. Aromas of strawberry and citrus and flavours of fresh citrus and tropical fruits. I paired it with duck breast and salty roasted potatoes. 13.5% alcohol. Available by private import.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
