The corvine grape is blended with 25% rondinella, molinara, rossignol and negrara grapes in this Delibori’s Ripasso. Sweet cherry, plum, dried fruit and new leather make up the main aromas and flavours. A full-bodied, mouth-watering red with notes of cherries and mocha.

Valpolicella food pairings: meat-based pastas, grilled steaks, firm cheeses, gourmet pizza; pork chops.

This blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara, Rossignola and Negrara offers aromas of cherry and red berries with a confident touch of spice. The palate has great structure and balance with juicy red fruit tones taking the lead. It is medium-full bodied and quite long with a spicy finish. Very versatile. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
